We at Neal India Tours, always act on provisioning the best services and make every effort to keep a long lasting relationship with all our guest who enrolls for our services. We believe that the same is achieved by bringing transparency in dealing, provisioning safe and secure journey without any gap in understanding between the company and you. We expect that you to understand well and accept all the terms and conditions before confirming the service package. It is assumed that you have accepted all Terms and Conditions set forth by the company once you confirm the tour. Every policy related to Reservations/Cancellations and Amendment of tour is as given in the Reservations section. Every guest is required to send us the filled personal data form which will be sent to you along with confirmation mail

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:

 

  • Neal India Tours act as a travel agent who sells various travel related products on behalf of various agencies related to transports, accommodation, airlines, cruises etc.

  • Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and service provider for ensuring a comfortable and safe journey.

  • All the rates are calculated on the basis of prevalent situation and charges related to vehicle, houseboats and negotiated rates with hotels etc. Any changes by increase in government surcharge or fuel charges, for any of the services mentioned above will be directly levied from the customer.

  • Usual check in and check out time for most of the hotels are 12 Noon and 10AM respectively, any request for early check in, in case of arrival and availability is solely at the discretion of the hotel management. 

  • Any up gradation of rooms against provisioned category would attract additional charges as difference in amount which would have to be borne by the guest.

  • All extra charges for laundry; telephone; mini bar; alcohol, beverages, and food, taxes etc as billed by the hotel are to be paid directly by the customer on his/her own account.

  • All rooms booked will be on double sharing basis, unless specifically mentioned and any meal plan mentioned in will be for fixed menu which is fixed by specific hotels.

  • For houseboat bookings for 21hrs, check in time is 12Noon and check out time is 9AM. Any delay in check in will not be compensated for check out time. All food at houseboat will be of fixed menu. A/C will be working only between 9Pm to 6AM unless mentioned. Houseboat will be anchored from 5.30PM to 6AM due to government ban on using the boat during this time

  • No responsibility will be taken by Neal India Tours, regarding the standard of any service and all bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers

  • Your legal recourse for not being able to provide with contracted service would be against the specific provider and not upon Neal India Tours.

  • We reserve the right to change or modify any part of the itinerary before or after the commencement of tour, in cases of any unforeseen incidents and situation considering safety and well being on priority.

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to flight cancellations, natural hazards, accidents, breakdown, weather, sickness, political closures or any other unforeseen incidents. Any extra expense incurred due to above situations would be borne by the guest

  • In case of hartal or bandh or any situation where the vehicle cannot be taken out to road, we try to move you from the point before/after the hartal/bandh starts and any extra room which is not calculated in the package, if required have to be paid by guest

  • We do not take any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to person or anything due to any incidents beyond our control.

  • We do not have any insurance policy and it is the traveller’s responsibility to make sure to have enough insurance coverage. All luggage & personal property/s are at the guests risk at all times.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, we would make alternate arrangement for your safe journey, but the time loss due to any such incident will not be compensated.

  • For package tours, after departure, the services included in the vacation cannot be supplied, or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Agency, the Agency will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by the customers, and any resulting savings will be refunded by the agency to customers.

  • Though we wish to accommodate you in the same hotel mentioned, in case if we find any difficulty in dealing with the hotel or withdraw contract with the hotel because of our regular feedback program, we reserve the right to change your hotel to similar category. This will be intimated to you, if happens and you will not find any surprises seeing a new hotel without intimation.

  • It is the responsibility of any traveller to hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, such as passports, visas, confirmed air/rail tickets, insurance and medical insurance certificates, any other document used to confirm an arrangement with service provider and other statutory certificates, to enable him/her to travel on tour

  • In case of any complaints of dissatisfaction, it should be informed immediately to our tour representative. We will try to resolve the same, if it is within our limitations and no complaints would be entertained after utilizing/start utilizing of the service.

  • We are not responsible if you do any payment to any person for any reason during the tour without our written concent and no refund will be entertained in such cases

  • Customers not availing the services offered due to personal sickness/tragedy will not be eligible for a refund

  • All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Cochin courts only.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

  • On confirmation of the desired package and date of arrival, the company representative would send an email with details including the company account number as well as the link to facilitate transfer of advance amount. 

  • Payment against all major credit and debit card will have an additional 2.5% card charges. Only against receipt of advance amount package booking would be initiated. The complete tour package amount has to be settled at the least 15 days prior to the start of the tour.

  • On checking the reservation at hotel, we  would inform you of  shortcomings or unavailability of any selected hotel and will also provide you with alternate  options with cost difference applicable if any, for your consideration.

  • On completion of booking you will receive Hotel voucher which would have to be presented to the respective Hotels at the time of check out.  (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher).

  • Allotted Cab details for your trip would be furnished through SMS one day prior to your arrival.                                         

 

Amendment and Cancellation Policy:


We would try to accommodate any amendment of service without any extra charge if it is within the booking policy of hotels /agencies . Tour once commenced should adhere to the finalized itinerary and all extra expenses related to any amendments have to be born by the guest directly.

Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure
All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 1000/- + cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy. All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of email.

  • Above 30 days – 70% of advance amount paid

  • 29 to 8 days – 50% of advance amount paid

  • Less than 7 days or no show – NO REFUND

In cases of early departures  due to any unforeseen incidents, we would try to withdraw all bookings there forth and refund will be solely depended on the amount, which could be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way.
